Fen-Phen which is a combination of Fenfluramine (Fen) and Phentermine(Phen) is sometimes referred to as Phen-Phen or Phen/Phen or as Fen-Fen or Fen/Fen or sometimes as Fen/Phen.
The terms Fen-Phen, Fen/Phen, Fen-Fen, Fen/Fen, Phen-Phen, Phen/Phen Phen-Fen, or Phen/Fen generally appear to be used interchangeably. They refer to the prescribed combination of Fenfluramine and Phentermine.
Many people also appear to use the Fen/Phen term and its variations as listed above to apply to Redux which is a refined version of Fenfluramine and causes similar health problems.

What Are These Diet Drugs? :
The combination use of Fenfluramine and phentermine and with dexfenfluramine is not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), but was not illegal when these drugs were on the market.
